بررسی تأثیر سیستم مدیریت زیست محیطی بر دارایی‌های نامشهود و ارزش شرکت

چکیده

هدف اصلی این تحقیق ارزیابی تأثیر سیستم مدیریت زیست محیطی بر ارزش شرکت و اثر واسطه‌ای دارایی‌های نامشهود در رابطة بین سیستم مدیریت زیست محیطی و ارزش شرکت است. داده‌های تحقیق از شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال‌های 1381 تا 1392 استخراج شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها و آزمون فرضیه­ها از الگوی رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه­های تحقیق نشان می­دهد که ارزش شرکت و نسبت ارزش بازار به ارزش ‌دفتری حقوق صاحبان سهام که شاخص دارایی‌های نامشهود می‌باشد، در شرکت‌های دارای گواهینامة ایزو 14001 از شرکت‌هایی که این گواهینامه را ندارند بیش‌تر می‌باشد. دستیابی به گواهینامة ایزو 14001 علاوه بر اینکه به صورت مستقیم تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر ‌‌‌ارزش شرکت دارد، با تأثیری که بر دارایی‌های نامشهود می‌گذارد به طور غیر مستقیم نیز تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر ارزش شرکت دارد.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to evaluate the impact of environmental management system on corporate value and the mediating effect of intangible assets in the relationship between environmental management system and corporate value. Data were collected from Tehran Stock Exchange during 2002 to 2010. For data analysis and hypothesis testing, a multivariable regression model was used. The results of testing the hypothese of the research indicated that the firm value and the relation of market value to the official value of stock owner rights which is regarded as intangible assets index, in the companies which hold ISO 14001 higher than the companies that do not have these certificate.Obtaining ISO 14001 not only has a directly a positive and significant impact on the firm value, but also it has impact on intangible assets and has an indirectly positive and significant relationship with the firm value.
